Gaza Gets 1/5 of the Minimum Necessary Truckloads

Gaza gets between 418 and 534 truckloads of goods a week when it requires 2,400, minimally. According to an American official, my leaders do not accept the Israeli policy of preventing goods from reaching Gaza because of what Ha'aretz coyly calls the "political situation" there. "We do not accept the current situation at the Gaza crossings," one of them said. Presumably why 54/53 of 435 congresspeople said they do not accept the "closure," in another cute euphemization, of Gaza. Not that I have faith in Obama to be anything other than a scoundrel, but 370 congress-people supporting a barbaric siege? That is the Lobby.

Just another Truism. The reason gaza might not get what it needs is that it uses the materials to bomb Israeli towns in the vicinity and it is run by the Islamic fundamentalist group Hamas.

I think you should research the term Truism. Also when you say might not get what it needs, what makes you suggest that in any conceivable way it does get what it needs?

Also can you explain how food, medicine, water, and concrete can make ‘materials to bomb Israeli towns’, aren’t the majority of those towns illegal settlements anyway?

Also by extension of your logic, shouldn’t the settlements in the West Bank run by Jewish fundamentalist settler groups be held under siege too? They’re terrorists to the Palestinian civilians after all.

Once again an Israeli defence consisting of incorrectly used terminology, flawed logic, and a complete an utter sense of ignorance to the effects of your so called security procedures. Please in future, have the foresight to at least think through your own strange justifications before you publish them.
